Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wunderbohnen, info@wunderbohnen.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees because of this refund.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods, provided the item is in the same condition as when you received it (unopened, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging).

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@wunderbohnen.de. You will then receive the return address and a return label.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (e.g. personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@wunderbohnen.de.
