What is Wunderbohnen.de?
Wunderbohnen is an owner-operated online shop for selected, original genetics from independent breeders.
We work directly with breeders and place particular emphasis on authenticity, transparent origin, and consistently high quality. Our product range consists exclusively of original breeder seeds that we personally stand behind and can offer with a clear conscience.
Who is your offer aimed at?
Our products are exclusively for adult customers (18 years and older) residing in the European Union who are interested in high-quality, original genetics and appreciate them as collectors. We place particular emphasis on traceable origin, quality, and reliability.
At what age can I order from you?
Sales are exclusively to adults aged 18 and over. By completing an order, you confirm that you have reached the required minimum age. We reserve the right to request proof of age in individual cases.
Are the details on your website binding?
All product descriptions, prices, and information are created with the utmost care. However, the details provided in the order process and our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are always decisive for the conclusion of the contract.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver within the entire European Union, to the UK and to Switzerland.
Please note that outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply, for which the customer is responsible. We recommend checking the respective local import regulations before placing an order.
What are the shipping costs within Germany?
Within Germany, we offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: €3.99
Free Shipping: for orders over €50.00

What shipping options are available for other EU countries?
The following options are available for deliveries to other EU countries:
Cheapest Shipping: €7.49 (without tracking and liability)
International Standard: €14.49 (with tracking and liability up to €50)

How long does shipping take?
Germany: usually 2–5 business days
Other EU countries: approx. 5–10 business days
Delivery times are non-binding guidelines and may vary depending on the shipping service provider.
Payment
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer the following payment methods, depending on the country and availability in the ordering process:

When is the payment due?
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order. For payment methods with external providers (e.g. Klarna or PayPal), the respective terms and conditions of the payment service provider also apply.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes. Payments are processed exclusively by certified and secure payment service providers. We ourselves do not store complete payment or credit card data.
Can I still change or cancel my order after payment?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to contact us. Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as the shipping process has not yet begun.

Are your products legal?
Our products are sold exclusively within the framework of the applicable legal provisions. The acquisition and possession of our products is legally permissible in many countries of the European Union. However, the legal regulations at the customer's place of residence are always decisive.
What are the offered products intended for?
Our products are offered as collector's items. They are not intended for unlawful use. The customer is responsible for informing themselves about and complying with the applicable legal provisions in their country.
Who is responsible for the use of the products?
The responsibility for the acquisition, possession, storage, and use of the products lies solely with the customer. We assume no liability for use that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Do you provide legal advice or cultivation guidance?
No. We do not provide legal advice, guidance, or instructions regarding potentially regulated use. Information on our website is for general product description purposes only.

Germination Guarantee & Product Information
Do you guarantee germination?
We do not provide a general germination guarantee in the traditional sense, as germination success depends on many factors beyond our control. However, if something is not right or if you have questions about a product, please contact us directly. Together, we will find a fair and individual solution.
Is there a germination guarantee for Serious Seeds products?
Yes. Serious Seeds products come with a germination guarantee from the breeder themselves. This guarantee is offered directly by Serious Seeds and is subject to certain conditions.
What are the germination guarantee conditions for Serious Seeds?
To claim Serious Seeds' germination guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
The seeds must have been germinated using the method specified by Serious Seeds.
The original packaging with the individual serial number must be kept, as this is absolutely necessary for verification.
Without this information, the germination guarantee cannot be verified or granted.
How can I claim Serious Seeds' germination guarantee?
You have two options:
Directly via Serious Seeds:
You can submit the germination guarantee yourself directly to the breeder.
Via us:
Upon request, we will handle the communication with Serious Seeds for you. In this case, we require all relevant information as well as photos of the original packaging with the serial number.
Further information on the germination guarantee and the recommended germination method is provided directly by Serious Seeds. Only the information provided by the breeder is authoritative. You can find the corresponding notice on the official Serious Seeds website
Affiliate Program
What is the Wunderbohnen Affiliate Program?
Our affiliate program allows you to recommend Wunderbohnen and receive a commission for successful orders. Participation is free and open to adults and businesses.
Who can participate in the affiliate program?
Eligible participants include natural persons of legal age (18 years and older) and legal entities. Registration takes place via our affiliate portal and must be manually reviewed and approved by us before activation. There is no entitlement to participate.
What's the commission?
The standard commission is 10% of the discounted net merchandise value per successfully completed and paid order, at the earliest after the return period has expired.
Are there any special characteristics about Serious Seeds?
Yes. Products from Serious Seeds are excluded from many discounts, coupons, and affiliate codes.
Sales of Serious Seeds through an affiliate link will be granted a fixed commission of 5%.
This regulation also applies if an order contains both Serious Seeds products and other items and an affiliate code is used.
When and how will the payment be made?
Commissions are paid out no earlier than 30 days after receipt of the commissionable order. There is no minimum payout amount. Payment is made via bank transfer or PayPal. Any fees incurred are borne by the affiliate.
Which orders are not eligible for commission?
Not eligible for commission are:
cancelled orders
returned orders
unpaid orders
What are affiliates allowed to do?
Affiliates may promote Wunderbohnen transparently and honestly using their personal affiliate link. All fair and legal marketing measures that present our products factually and do not contain misleading promises are permitted.
Image and graphic material provided by the supplier may be used for affiliate activities, provided it is used correctly and not presented as one's own image material or as a representation of one's own plants.
Affiliates act independently and promote Wunderbohnen as partners, without presenting themselves as official representatives of the company.
Vouchers & Promotions
Does a discount also apply to Serious Seeds products?
Products from Serious Seeds are generally excluded from all discount campaigns and affiliate codes. However, we always offer them at a slightly lower price.
Exception: The one-time "lifetime discount for the first 100 customers after their first order" promotion is not affected by this. In addition, vouchers can regularly be used for payment of Serious Seeds products; they just cannot be combined with discount vouchers.
For all other products, vouchers and promotions apply as displayed in the ordering process.
Can discount codes be combined?
No, discount codes cannot be combined. This is technically excluded in the shop, so only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, unopened, sealed in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless there is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect delivery).
Is there a right of withdrawal?
Yes. You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Details and a sample withdrawal form can be found in our cancellation policy on the website.
How do returns work?
Please send the products to the address given in the return policy. Partial deliveries are permissible if they are reasonable for you.
What happens after the return?
After checking the returned products, we will refund you the purchase amount. Please note that the refund will only be processed after receipt and inspection of the goods.
