First, read the terms and conditions for photo submissions, which you can find below.

2️⃣ Click on "📸 Submit photos for the community gallery 💚"

3️⃣ Upload your images and briefly add the desired information.

(You will automatically receive an instant reply with the details we need.)

4️⃣ Provide your email address.

(The chatbot will also ask for your name – you can simply write "anonymous" if you wish.)

After a brief review, we will publish selected images in our community gallery.

Terms & Conditions for Photo Submissions

By submitting your photos via the chatbot, you agree to the following terms and conditions⬇

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

• You affirm that you possess full rights to the submitted images and that no third-party rights are infringed.

• You grant us a non-exclusive, unlimited in time and space right of use to use the images on wunderbohnen.de and on our social media channels.

• You can revoke this consent at any time for the future; simply write to us.

• The submitted images must not contain any persons, house numbers, addresses, geodata, or other traceable information.

• Please upload only your own image material – no screenshots, no images from the internet.

• The published gallery serves exclusively for documentation, inspiration, and community presentation.

• There is no call or instruction for the cultivation of cannabis.

• Information regarding cultivation will only be accepted within the framework of the legal provisions applicable in Germany.

We reserve the right not to publish submissions, in whole or in part, especially if they:

-violate applicable law

-infringe third-party rights

-contain advertising for unauthorized activities

-show problematic or youth-endangering content

By submitting, you also agree that we may, if necessary, shorten, crop, or watermark your images without distorting the content.
